Time to cultivate the next generation of innovators and problem-solvers in your school or college? Kick Start is an inspiring and practical enterprise experience designed to unleash your students’ entrepreneurial potential.
Kick Start offers a dynamic journey into the world of enterprise, where young people develop crucial skills in creative idea development, business planning, market testing, money management, and confident pitching.
Taster
An exhilarating one-day taster for large groups up to 90 young people that inspires and ignites imagination.
Bootcamp or Incubator
An intensive two-day bootcamp (up to 60 young people) or 12-week incubator course (up to 30 young people) for those who would benefit from a more in-depth programme.
Students will gain functional knowledge to develop their own business concepts, boosting their confidence and employability. They’ll even present their ventures, complete with Business Model Canvases and compelling pitches, to a panel, earning an employer-backed completion certificate and pushing themselves beyond their usual comfort zones. This is the second year Unloc has facilitated our Student Enterprise experience – and as always, it was a smashing success. The workshop helped our attendees hone valuable entrepreneurial skills and knowledge, as well as build on transferable skills such as communication, pitching and presenting. Unloc facilitators put the group at ease almost immediately, and we always get such overwhelmingly positive feedback from students. Thank you!
